Shipping policy

Processing Times

• Orders placed Sunday through Friday will be shipped on Saturday before 2:00pm.
• Any orders placed after 2:00pm on Saturday will be processed the following week and shipped on that following Saturday.
• A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Within the UK

• All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.
• Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Tracked or signed-for services may be available at checkout for faster or more secure delivery.

 

International Shipping (Outside the UK)

• International orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Royal Mail’s partner carriers.
• Delivery times vary by country but typically take 7–14 working days after dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their region.
